My Klim Badlands trousers started to leak slightly after 35,000 miles or so.
Originally purchased for The Adventure Bike Shop in early 2018 I contacted them for help.
As usual their super customer service kicked in. I sent the trousers to them, they forwarded them to KLIM or wherever the warranty stuff goes.
A few weeks later and the trousers are back. Repaired, no quibbles, no hassles.
I haven’t tested them yet but I am very pleased with the outcome so far. A quality product with great after sales backup.
KLIM warranty.....great.

That's excellent service.
I wonder if they would repair for free a pair of dakar pants ripped and burnt by a nob who can't stop crashing?

I used to have a pair like that......I reckon that they must have been from the same batch.daveuprite wrote: ↑Mon Feb 24, 2020 10:36 am That's excellent service.
