Kept me at comfortable temp for exactly 2h, after 2min you forget you're wearing it. A little heavy for my liking but what's 1.8kg on top of the other 45? :D

Replacement inserts are silly money, what else can I use military/ medical cooling gel pads that lasts more than 2h have no idea what to look for.
Are they some weird size, because there does seem to be zillions of gel packs about on the internet. Although the 2 hrs life may be an issue!!!

Thanks but not what I'm after, nothing in there stays cold for more than 20min and I need them to last at least 2-3h.
