So after many emails to AGV customer service, I got nowhere. Their stance was go to
the dealer where you bought it. :(
As I bought it in the UK and live in Norway that is a bit difficult. It was also 5 years old
and starting to show it's age as well.
So in the end I stumped up for a new helmet.
Eventually settled on one from LS2. I like the fit and it has a built in sunvisor.
The only drawback is there is more wind noise than from the AGV.

I just pulled the trigger on a Shoei adventure navigator tc2 at the weekend and rode home 100 miles no vibes at all!! very happy, and the fastenings seem very strong (thumbs)
