Armstrong

Post by dave h »

A weekend in the garden of England awaits,

Just fueled up ready to go in the van,

Not sure if it's the BP ultima or the cold morning Yorkshire Air but she's running lovely,

Looks very purposeful. Is that a twin exhaust system for the Rotax engine?

Looks nice...just waiting for the cafe racer scrambler bike shed flatcap mob to cotton on to them, buy them up and ruin the lot.

It's already started, at least with the MT350.

They are starting to be bought up, and restored to a level that is better than they ever were when new, and then have massive price tags put on them.

I started to genuinely worry a while ago that crashing about on my 500 was not really the thing to be doing on a historic bike of which there are a limited number of examples.

Someone gave me the correct kick up the arse when they said " It's just a bike, ride it".

I've always wanted one but never got one.
That twin exhaust looks lovely on it though :D
