I really wish I'd bought one of those.... but I went for the new-fangled K100 instead but got tired of it's lack of character. Then got an R65, which was ok, then got seduced by Honda's new CBR....
The one I wish I'd kept is a Suzuki GT500.

Best ever machine I've owned in the MANY machines over my 40+ years of riding experience has to be the;

Yamaha TDM900.

Can i bend the rules a bit and have 2 ?
First was an RD400 in 1979/80, a really good bike. And second, my 2006 650 Transalp. Such a good general all rounder. I got another one in November. Happy bunny. :-)

my son still has this one.We still have the original muffler, shock and front caliper etc--but this saves valuable parts and makes it go and stop a bit better--not a garage queen.
