Do you know, there are days like today (when I have spent most of the afternoon removing 'plumbing' from my 950 so I can change the pugs and check the valves) when something air-cooled and 'exposed' looks very attractive.

Okay today my xt660z got a present from firefox racing in uk... A new rear yss shock that is very similar to one Nethen had a few years ago but with a different top mount for the z not r model and my weight spring fitted.. 2 days turnaround and just short of £300 is very nice too.... Just need to sneak out to work via a couple of local trails testing of coarse..

This rear compliments the front yss pd valves and recent dr650 ktech springs...

Is it just me, or does something about a shiny new aftermarket shock give you the horn...?
