I appreciate this ain't small - but what a fabulous maxi-scoot. Nineteen months ownership and couldn't be happier!

I owned this for a couple of years about five years ago, I can’t remember getting as much enjoyment from any other bike. The friend I sold it to has never used it although I did help him start it a couple of months ago.

DR125 was my first bike. Mine was a terrible example but I loved it.
And now, Harry, let us step out into the night and pursue that flighty temptress, adventure.

Re: Go Big and Ride Small
Having been a long time follower of this thread, I never thought I'd had a bike suitable to contribute despite having a few 200 Hondas and a 125 Honda, with her ladyship having a KTM 200, a PE175 and until recently a 200 Honda and a 125 KTM. Most of these bikes have been owned by us for many years and some for decades, when the long suffering XR200 was bought it replaced an XL125, neither bike I considered to be small as they both replaced 80cc trail bikes. Whilst I've not gone on inter continental trips with them the XR's had been my default trail bike from the 80's up until early 10's, it still gets dragged out occasionally but we must make more effort to enjoy it and the PE175.

Love it! Especially that last pic, I’m not saying I wouldn’t but I’d be a fair bit more nervous riding a new multistrada down there than a small bike

Re: Go Big and Ride Small
...I remember coming a cropper once on about 8 steps on my RMX250...you either pogo down them and get the wheels bouncing on the step edges at the wrong time and out of sync...or float over them at speed and then can't stop at the bottom or go over the bars...

Excellent work, you look like you are concentrating pretty hard in that last photo, I would be too!
