Took my Forza 125 out for a short spin today to keep it all running.
Decided to push it a bit on the filling and waited til 280 miles to top it up, that still left 1 litre left of the 11.5 tank.

Re: Go Big and Ride Small
I know that little ford in the video clip . . . watched rederic hurl through on one of his little crossers and then an intrepid gentleman name Geoff on a "scrambler-ised" R80 caused a big bow wave as he parted the waters on his way through . . . after he's set fire to the grass on tuhter side of the stream first .The water was a good bit lower than shown in that clip though Picture taken from the other bank . . .

Re: Go Big and Ride Small
Rode down to Devon today to look after my mum. Flippin eck it was well chilly when I left Bristol... 3 degrees for most of the journey.
I was glad I took the Forza 125 as it kept the majority of my body warm.
242 miles later I got home. Despite the cold it was a great day for riding

Took a short bimble to deliver a present rather than queue at the post office. At 136mpg it was cheaper than the postage

Re: Go Big and Ride Small
I really enjoy this tread as it just goes to show what the small capacity machines have to offer. I currently ride an XSR700 but tuck it up for winter so am considering getting a smaller capacity bike for adventures around the Moors and Dales, on minor roads rather than true offroad. I have been looking at the Hondas (your fault Godspeed ) but the inflated price of the C90 is slightly off putting though I love the style and practicality. Are they worth the extra over the Innova ? I don't fancy the new Monkey bike, I would rather look towards the VanVan if going for that type of machine. So can anybody help decide :- Innova = price , practicality, convenience, availability, "performance" etc or C90 = Style and practicality but overpriced.
Thanks for any information and please keep up with these great posts. Onslowe

I've owned both and much prefer the cheaper Innova.onslowe wrote: ↑Sun Dec 06, 2020 11:30 am I really enjoy this tread as it just goes to show what the small capacity machines have to offer. Re: Go Big and Ride Small
Agree, the Innova is the better bike, the extra cc’s will get you to 60mph (true gps) but nothing really more than that. It certainly doesn’t have the style of the C90 though and you will never ever be waved at by ‘real’ bikers again. However I do get a lot of waves from delivery ridersonslowe wrote: ↑Sun Dec 06, 2020 11:30 am I really enjoy this tread as it just goes to show what the small capacity machines have to offer. The Innova also has a range of up to 120miles whereas the C90 has 80 miles
The Innova seat is uncomfortable for long journeys of over 100 miles but easily sorted with a £6 3D mesh cover from China.
Both have the same wheels and the Michelin city pros are amazing tyres- they’ll handle gentle lanes and touring for many miles.
The Innova also has a decent weight capacity and you can genuinely take a pillion.
I think there is also the Suzuki address 125 for an alternate version.
Either way a lightweight 125 is perfect

Re: Go Big and Ride Small
What Godspeed said. The Innova is the better bike. I have a C90, which is brilliant and I wouldn’t part with it, alongside a new Super Cub, which is a better bike and is really an Innova in a posh frock. The Van Van is also a good choice. To be honest, you won’t go far wrong with either the Van Van or the Innova.onslowe wrote: ↑Sun Dec 06, 2020 11:30 am I really enjoy this tread as it just goes to show what the small capacity machines have to offer. You will need a new helmet though, to contain the ear to ear grin you just can’t help getting on these little bikes.

Re: Go Big and Ride Small
Someone should snap this up:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Suzuki-RV125 ... Sw7Hlfxqu8
Looks like a cheap fix and comes with spares. Van Vans keep their value well and go for upwards of £2k on the whole, so surely a bit of spannering and this could be a good buy.
