Camping hopefully, I’m away for 17 days so might treat myself to a hotel if it gets too wet

Just wondered if anyone on a small bike is planning to do Nathan Millward's Landsend to John O'Groats "Garbage Run" this year? I'm thinking of doing it on my C90 or Innova but I want to make sure I'm not the only one on a small bike before committing! I did post on the C90 Club forum but there are no takers so far.

Not for me, as I don’t do group riding anymore and also heading to the Pyrenees.
But you can so easily do it on either bike, personally I’d choose the Innova, it’ll run sweeter at higher speeds and I’d take a 3 litre canister with you to up your range to about 200 miles.
Daily mileage on the run is between 180 to 220 which is really straightforward on an Innova

You’ll have a great time 👍

Yes I thought the Innova would be best - not least for the long ride home!

With the C90 now gone I’m left with the Innova 125 to do any greenlanes on despite it only having road tyres. So wanting to test it out I planned a short trip away.
Rhayader is a nice area to base yourself, It’s only a couple of hours ride for me from Bristol and Ty Morgan’s in the town is a cheap and cosy place to stay, so doesn’t break the bank for a mini adventure.
There’s also a plethora of local lanes to suit all abilities.
Anyway today I rode the Golf links lane and then just a little of the Claerwen Reservoir. The Innova once again proved pretty good despite the road tyres. I think the low weight and pokey engine really helps, also the seat height is low so it makes it easy to paddle if you get stuck in mud or water.
Golf links was pretty muddy today but good fun and met a nice chap on Claerwen who gave me a chocolate bar….(and no, I didn’t wake up with no bike and no clothes 😮)
Next I need a brief camping trip to test out my newly designed tent and then I’m ready for the Picos in April

Young man,

Is that a tribble on your top box or your spare hair piece?

Just asking
