Is that a crack to the right on the pivot link?

No its not a crack it's just a deep scratch were something as hit it underneath or possibly the owner before me hit it with something trying to get the bearings out instead of pressing it like me with a g clamp and some sockets. I have looked at protection for it as it is possible it was something hitting it underneath but couldn't find much unless a got a fast way linkage guard which are relatively very expensive for what they are and iam not sure they make them for this bike so don't even no if it's possible as most things I get for the bike are from other bikes ktms yamahas etc . I have been looking at fabricating a bash plate to fit though and thought about a little skid bit coming down to cover it a little but iam still in the planning stage for that . I am just concentrating more on electrics for now while my mind is set on that ...

Went out again today In The garage another day at worming on the bike changed a lot of connection for the new ones the super seals had come in the post finally

so I put the rear frame back on for time being and started at work on the wiring ...
Only to find more splits in wires and wires that looked like they wouldn't even conduct electric but I started with all the good stuff what I could keep changing into the super seals

they are working a treat and they are said to be the best connections to keep all the electrics waterproof I guess time will tell ...

Pick my placements for a more tidy set up the fuse box fit in a previous hole on had to drill one everything else I could fit in exciting holes and I think it as worked out a lot better than it was ..
The ecu/cdi unit fit snug on the side in between frame

The flasher unit and relay unit fit snug on the other side of the ecu in some pre drilled holes that were already there ..
