Not had chance to weigh it yet but made with 3mm plate it isn't super light more so robust because of it's job.

Always makes me thing when folks prep bikes for overland trips with huge fuel
Tanks and switches evetywhere.....your riding along in deepest africa or mongolia and some local on a 125cc passes you with std bike... :lol:

I admire your welding skills but that extra fuel tank imho is wasted 2 tanks on rear plus luggage surely overloads the frame at some point due to length of top rails etc..

A xt660z with replacement shocksmis my choice of africa etc..

The TCAT is a different fish to Africa or India and requires far more respect to the elements of nature. 400km range required. Run out of gas there and no one is coming along soon..

Whats TCAT?

At 1st i thought you were making a road book holder, what have you actually got in there and why does it need to be so weatherproof?
