Repeat purchase of the same bike model

Just been highlighted to me by this forum that I am slightly odd buying the same bike model again and again...anyone else got this problem my repeat list follows...what is yours....2 NSU quickly...2 xs 650 yamaha....2 honda transalp...4 africa twins...2 bmw gs 1150 ....and 4 yamaha tenere

My failing was 2 stroke 250cc bikes after learners were stopped from riding them and they became a cheap entry to racing. Apart from that there are a few others I owned more than one example of and loads where I'd buy one again if the opportunity arose.

I only thought it was a bit odd from a financial point of view. The bikes haven't changed at all - aside from the colour.

I had a 660z before my S10 and I am also considering getting another 660z but I have had my S10 for 6 years and it has done a lot of work.

Like I said, it was not a criticism. Each to his own. If that's what you want to do then fill your boots.

3 x Z650's (1 red, 1 green and 1 blue. Obviously had a colour issue) and 2 x Triumph Tigers (a 955i an a 1200ex)

I don't usually show any model loyalty, the exceptions being that I owned 2 Norton Commandos at the same time and I bought 2 consecutive Kawasaki 550GTs but the Kwakas were work tools when I was dispatching and it was a question of the devil you know.

Never buy new , all ways buy a good used low milage bike with all the extras fitted .
