Just visited my Dad he's in his 70s shown him the picture on this thread, telling him I like the look of this lads new bike, his eyes lit up like a Christmas tree, me an all he said! (thumbs) apparently I should get one.

Nice, bit different to the Versys but that's the beauty of biking, here's to some Triumph adventure (thumbs)

Great stuff.

That looks like the original suspension. So visit http://shop.tecbikeparts.com and look at the progressive fork springs and rear shocks. They transform the ride, off the scale improvement. I wish I did it years ago.

These guys make a fire starter igniter, it's pretty amazing and smooths out the power delivery of the bike, cold morning starts are easy too.

And then just start dressing like Steve McQueen. ;-)

That's looks gorgeous in that colour, I guess it's going to be a very, very long week. Your consolation is that next weekend is going to be dry and cold but you won't feel a thing - enjoy (thumbs)
ps wear a scarf, with all that grinning your teeth will freeze :lol:

when I first time saw the Boneville in Cologne show there was a HUGE queue of greyhairs in Triumph stand to get a chance to sit down on one and get a photo taken :D

anyways, try the new street twin watercooled one before committing. such a huge improvement on handling and engine performance that even I started thinking of buying one. or even the new thruxton, it is even better !
