Planning a ride to Morocco and reality is biting - there's no way I'm going to be banging down there on my WR250f. I have a budget of about £2,000 and want to ride trails, trails, trails!
Any ideas?

Or you could pick up an Africa Twin for that money if you're patient.

there is a campsite near Almeria, ive stayed there in the motorhome, where this rally http://www.intercontinentalrally.com sets off from that will let you leave your car and trailer there for a daily fee while you dissapear off into the dunes. its just another option if dont want to ride all the way.
As an aside, i was there last January when the intercontinental set off there are some fantastic bikes and vehicles taking part and its very well organised.

Sounds a great way to 'Do Morocco' without doing France & Spain twice as part of the trip. (thumbs)crofty wrote:Fly to Marrakesh for 100 quid return, rent a xr250 tornado from loc 2 roues for 250 quid a week
