Hi,
as anyone seen one of these in the flesh or even better rode one?
Seems quite straight forward on the design front but is that a good thing or bad.
Comments please.

Husky Tr650 Terra
Re: Husky Tr650 Terra
I have... well I have seen both, sat on both but only test ridden the Strada... very nice Dual Purpose bike although clearly NOT a real 'off roader'.. Should easily handle gravel and some of the smaller lanes when its dry ..Its much more powerful than the F650 that the engine comes from ( about 10 more BHP)..in fact it was so nice I bought a Terra and am picking it up Friday B)

The MCN compared it to its BMW equivalent last week and their verdict was that the Husky won.

Its a bike that KTM should have built themselves possibly still may do! I think the right bike with those proportions would be a massive seller.

Thedoktr or however its spelled ...It appeared that he didnt like it because its not a proper traillie which is fair enough if it was being marketed as one...Sounded like his dad didnt expect it to be one and was quite happy...I know why I am buying one, and on paper at least it fits pretty well...time will tell if it does what I hope.....Gaffer64 wrote:hi,

Re: Husky Tr650 Terra
Ah yes that was me , and sorry if I portrayed the bike in a negative light – I am sure it will be a cracking road bike and perfectly capable of some gently off-roading.
My issue was really that for the sake of about 50-quid Husky could have kind of tidied it up a bit and finished it off properly to make it look better and be more robust off-road, for example, a better designed rear brake pedal.
