Greetings,

Brass in the gearbox oil of Nortons was an indication of the oilite sleeve gear bushes failing. I do not know if your engine/gearbox might have such items.

Might seem daft but worn inserts in foot pegs or loose fittings can induce the feel of vibrations. Drive chain tension or insecure front drive sprocket? Ignition timing incorrect or insecure generator flywheel?

Good luck.

TTFN

Hugh.

Just a though!

I had the same issue on a Yamaha Tenere 2021
Bike had only done just over 1000 miles and the vibrations started
I would get to work and my hands would be numb,
To cut a long story short it was a faulty tyre
tread patten had started to wear unevenly, not covered by the warranty
I coughed up for a new tyre and the problem went away.
Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
