What’s Wrong With My Buggy?

Post by SteveWat »

It’s not a motorcycle.....but it’s got a Kawasaki engine!
I’ve got a utility buggy (like a petrol golf cart) It fires up and runs.....but after a minute or so it loses power and pumps out smoke with that burnt oil smell.
Any ideas what’s wrong?

2 or 4 stroke?
Piston rings worn. Valves and guides burnt out or worn.

Autochoke or similar device not switching off so it overfeuls?

......it’s never a simple job with me!
It a 4 stroke. I’ll check the auto choke 1st. But suspect it’s what Billy said
