Been farkling again

Post by chunky butt »

Got fed up with chasing a wheel around the garage floor every time I change a tyre, skinned knuckles, and touch of backache, sooooo welded this little baby together......happy days. Just got to work out bead breaker idea.....sorted. Total material cost 5euros, for threaded bar, nuts and bolts, etc. Put my old xt500 wheel on to give photos a bit of perspective.... :D

That's a thing of beauty, Steve. You should also take a look at 'The Device' - which is our name for Chris's version of the same up at Motobreaks. Keeps everything nice and still while we roger our knuckles on the rims. Putting a new set of AC10s on mine later actually.

Good to see Millie standing guard over the new invention, making sure that no vagabonds, mendicants or n'er-do-wells get hold of it. :D

You can bake bread with it too? Wow, it's even better than I first thought.
