hi,
camera doesn,t come with sd card so i take it, its not going to be any good then, till i get one.

carn,t find anything on youtube so i thought it would work with recording on its own memorey and a sd card for longer filming if not i better get a sd card first then

you'll need a card but 32gb cards are peanuts now and hold loads at highest resolution

I have one...great bit of kit. I get four hours constant recording from the battery at a quality that is good enough for TV.

I really rate it.

Don't skimp on the SD Card. There are plenty of apparent bargains out there, some are poor quality clones, others are just poor quality.

Buy from a reliable source and if travelling, you will need more than 1 or a method of storing the footage in order to continue using the existing one.

Minimum Class 10 or UHS Speed 1 are recommended.

Shouldn't need converting unlike GoPro. Try to Play the files in VLC (Free media player). Sounds more like a Card or Camera issue. Have you tried a different Card?

pinball1008 wrote:Needs micro sd card. Can't remember what type off hand. It will record continuously and save so many seconds on either aide of hitting the remote. The time is changeable. Or, leave on standby and hit remote to record when you want. Lots of options in the settings. Battery last about 3 hers, I have 2 extras and try and swap them round before they run out. I think my micro sd card is 32 or 64 gb, so I don't need to swap cards.
hi pinball,

have you got drift batteries as spares or a cheaper version if so could you recommend a battery as spare please.

cheers

I bought Patona branded batteries with a mains charger from eBay. I think the drift ones are around £20.

hi guys,
thanks for info. camera came today and a friend said you had to pair the remote to camera but the instruction doesn,t give a clue.

is the remote allready paired to camera from factory.

also no indication on how long remote takes to charge once pluged into PC.

thanks in advance.
