They keep changing the routes, The bits in Aveyron which you just did and I did in june now skirts north of Rodez and east acroos to Millau before looping back again. Could be that there's more dirt on that because as you say there was a fair bit of tar on the old route. On verra !
Yep, i must do a rideout at mine sometime. Waiting on some rain ideally, bored with this dry stuff !

Hi ya Nick, just thinking there could be some nice trails over by millau, especially where the gorges are , those dutch guys we met were heading that way. Just after stopping in a tiny village for water and a brew ....Bob'll tell you where we were ......i nearly had a head on with a 990 comeing the other way !!! turned out to be 2 Dutch guys i'd been talking to on the TET forum the other bike was a well modded 600TA

I tried to keep well away from the verge !! Most had huge drops into valley below
