Hi guys and gals.

Well here we are in Ruhopolding for 5 nights. We left a hot England on the Saturday night ferry to rotterdam. A hot ride down to Wurtzburg for our overnight stay, we'll worth a few days there if you are in the area.

To stay of the auto routes as much as possible we put in a few routes that took us across some lovely quite roads towards Munich where we took to the auto for the quick ride round. Once on the south side it was back onto the quite roads to rhupholding.

We are staying with a Dutch couple who run the pension Berlgblick, very nice it is too.

Today is a no bike day, so it's up the cable car for a day of walking and enjoying the scenery. Oh, and is 34 deg again today , phew.

It takes about 6 mins to ascend to the top of the mountain. From there there is some great scenery and a couple of platforms for the para gliders to leap off.
