I feel incredibly privileged

Post by ChrisCole »

I am currently down at the bottom of the New Zealand South Island riding some of the fantastic trails. Today we rode up the Eyre valley saw nobody else just stunning scenery

That looks fantastic Chris, we were keeping your local Devon lanes open on Saturday and ventured in to Dorset for the first time in a few years.
I assume the shed was marked as a Lavage on the maps as the bike looks like it needs a good clean :-)

Have had more great riding, we left Alexandria in 30 degree heat and rode up to the Old Woman range at 1600 metres and there was snow on the ground

Looks great, Chris. If NZ ever opens its borders again it would be great to do a trip there. I did manage a few weeks in Australia before the Covid lockdowns, wish we’d done NZ instead.

Although I am really pleased with my Husky the number plate hanger is an appalling arrangement the whole lot fell of but it’s not that surprising when it’s only held on with three screws screwed into plastic

I'd love to visit NZ for 2-3 weeks next January. Beat the winter blues into submission. :D
