They haven't gone tits up. They just fired all their "Jersey-contracted" based staff.
Supposedly, coaches carrying replacement agency staff were reported to be standing by at Dover and Hull.
They have entered into a new partnership with International Ferry Management (IFM) who are an international crewing company, and they will be responsible for providing new crews for all those ships.

They've been owned by Dubai-based DP World since 2019. DP World is 80%-owned by the Dubai state and the rest by international investors.
DP World is one of largest port operators globally and owns the ports of Southampton and London Gateway. Last year the company made profits of more than £1bn on revenues of more than £6bn.
