Dfds ferries

Post by dazcoates »

I had a booking with DFDS for end of may , return in middle of June this year. Due to all the shit going on the crossing was cancelled.
I was hoping to use it just before Christmas this year. Obviously that's now off.
I've been in touch with them today and found out that the cost of the crossing will valid until December 2021. So hopefully our planned crossing next year will be paid for.

Good to know, thanks.
I've a booking for me and the dogs to return to the UK on 30th of this month, but might need to change it.
Greyhound Racing .... don't bet, don't go - you bet, they die

Both DFDS and Brittany seemed to be really good regarding refunds or changing bookings in the summer. Unlike Direct Ferries who could receive a medal for making it virtually impossible for their customers to contact them or to change their bookings. They refused refunds against UK government advice.

All the dealings I've had with dfds have been good. Extending the use by a year is great.
