For me it works out an ideal crossing. As it goes out at 22:00 Sunday night so I can leave home around 14:00, head down to Portsmouth, stop at the Toby carvery at Hilsea and have Sunday lunch then board the ferry, it then discharges in Bilbao Tuesday morning leaving a full day of riding. Where as the majority of the other ships discharge in the afternoon and if it’s late arriving it mean finding accommodation in town

I got off the Boat from Plymouth to Santander lunchtime today. Fantastic crossing, hand sanitizer and face masks everywhere, probably only a quarter full of that. Staff were excellent. Best crossing to Spain I have ever had. Cheers
