"Back" in at the Deep End

Post by Mul001 »

2 plus years no biking (& mainly lurking) due to Discs in back not being where they should be.

Gave bike away to a mate to "look after" ... MOT, Service & ride (better than gathering dust).

Pick it up this weekend.

3 weeks time STELLA  :silly: :woohoo:

Just popping up for 1 night, too many balcony roads and mountain passes planned (thumbs)

... Kill or cure, me says.

Sarah Key's 'The Back Sufferer's Bible' - read the book, do the exercises and enjoy biking.
Good luck my friend (thumbs)
