Anyone going across the water in September... 7-9 days to wander

After Mrs R2 going to Spain with sister, I have the payback to consider and have 8-9 -10 days free to wander. i was thinking alps, then Pico's and portugal., Then S France and the Pair of knees, or anywhere reasonably warm.

Anyone else off in Septs????

I'm thinking about it, are you camping or staying in hotels?. Mid to late September best for me.

Yes, off on the Newcastle ferry to Amsterdam early September, wander over to Hanover, then up to Copenhagen, back to Berlin.

Must visit this place;

4. THE largest historical motorcycle museum has re-opened its doors (starting on the 22nd of January) after an extensive remodelling. Located in a real German castle, the 16th century Schloss Augustusburg, has a total of 1500 m2 fitted with 175 classic and vintage motorcycles. The museum is open from 10 AM to 5 PM. The castle is located in 09573 Augustusburg

Will be in the Pair of Knees 6th Sept for a few days exploring with a few others from NI (thumbs)

Probably S France and Corsica and maybe Sardinia sometime September

My wife is going to Majorca with her family in September, from the 12th to 24th, and I would be interested in joining you if possible. Are you thinking of camping or hotels? I have ridden in the Picos and Alps, but have not been to portugul.

Hopefully off to the Pyrenees in about 3 weeks.

It's very good but taking photos is banned and there always seems to be someone around even if you walk round on your own rather than in a guided group.

Make sure you sit through the video about racing if only to listen to how the entire tone of the commentary changes when they get to the point where Denger did the dirty on MZ :whistle:
