I am easy to please in the morning. When I am camping ,and don,t want to use a lot of time up in the morning .
I carry muesli in clip lid alloy mess tin type boxes
Brekkie is normally ,,muesli into tin mug ,add water, eat with a banana then fill said mug with hot water and instant coffee. Brekkie that is quick ,easy and no washing up to do

Bacon roll and coffee
Larne sausage roll and coffee
egg roll and coffee
All day breakfast in a roll and coffee.
Any mixture of the above and coffee!

Not keen on anything resembling chicken feed.

I tend to either have porridge or muesli. They are both good slow release starts to the day.
But, I don't have milk on my muesli. That is a British invention. Muesli is best eaten with fruit juice. Put the muesli in a pot with an air tight lid. Pour over some of your favourite fruit juice, pop on the lid and leave over night. The muesli will absorb the juice making the best tasting fruity, moist, flapjacky ( not a real word but you get what I mean ) breakfast going. With a blob of yogurt it is amazing.
