I think SORN is indefinite it’s cancelled if you sell the bike, or tax it?

I have MoT'd the bike this month whilst it is on Sorn and I thought that may have triggered the letter but the bike is insured and the MoT prebooked as the law requires.

Me too. Had two in the last week so I concluded that there is an auto check in place that flags up a vehicle that has a valid MOT and is insured but not currently taxed.
Always an adventure, never a disappointment.
