May the lady in the photo's is in her 80's now and has loads of photo's and slides from their touring days, her husband in the photo's used to ride in the desert during the war as a messenger on a BSA. He still reads all my bike mags although he has to use a zimmer now. Glad you enjoy these shot, she thought they were all taken in Scotland. cheers Spud ;)

Just heard about a local old boy who rode a bike from Smethwick to New Zealand and back again many moons ago I going to be checky and see if he has any old photo's cheers Spud ;)

Great pictures, gotta love the sidecar. Good to see some old pics up showing the way it was, no paniers, no armor, no helmets (well not proper ones) and probably no insurance lol. Good times...
