Just a heads up for the 7th Ireland Rally.

Due to the fantastic feedback from those who attended last year, coupled with the excellent hospitality from the site owner, we will be revisiting the Shepherds Rest, Draperstown for 2019.

The weekend of 10-12 May has been booked and rates will remain the same as 2018.

No need to book individually, just register here on this thread.

For those who haven’t been before, I’ll quickly cover a few points -

Camping rate = £5 pppn - Collected by me some time after your arrival.
There is a bar on site
Clean modern showers and toilets with no charge
Excellent drying/washing facilities
Bar snacks available on Friday night
Sit down 3 course meal in private function room on Sat night after rideout £12pp
Music/entertainment on Sat night in bar
All day rideout Saturday with breakfast & lunch stops - Route TBC
No off road section planned at this time.
NO BREAKFAST on Sunday though you’ll have to do your own thing

If coming by ferry
Roughly 60 minutes from Larne or Belfast, 120 minutes from Dublin

For anyone thinking of going, make sure to go.

Went in 2017, Shepherd's Rest and it was excellent, all perfect and the Saturday night was the best there is. Excellent ride out and great organisation.

Not sure I can make it as my daughter seemingly has plans for me for going to a concert on 12 May so disappointed on missing it.
