here you go Steve not actually in Pembrokshire or a greenlane but a real nice area to ride none the less the two fords are within the box (through the Twrch) the road heading to the NE heading toward llandewi is known as the Mountain road and very popular, sorry to perhaps dissapoint ya. If you want further info please ask.
