Does anyone have any GPX files of easy trails for big bikes or a bloke with a replacement humerous and shoulder in the Peak district?

hi notice you had files in the comments above dont suppose you could throw some of them my way iam lazy and cant be bothered going throu every mag and sorting gpx files out again and i just got a new sat nav as the old one broke
All things built not bought . The only way is adventure .

I dont have any GPX routes as they are all in my head but the offer still stands to give you a guided tour.
