That's really cool. Have you got one of Kings Landing and 'The Wall'?

Also can you tell then to jolly well chop chop on the next series, I need to know what happens to Tyrion Lannister...
And now, Harry, let us step out into the night and pursue that flighty temptress, adventure.

An excellent idea! I`m going to drop in at winterfell on my way past next week, Doune castle near stirling :D Don`t thinks theres anywhere else they filmed in Scotland although I did the Skyfall road a couple of weeks ago, sadly the Volvo wasn`t as dramatic with me standing next to it lol!

Is this the beginning of a 'Your bike at a film location' thread? I hope so :)

hehe, did notknow that game of thrones was filmed in actual locations, knowing how much special effects were used in creating the sceneries.

That's a great idea.

I found this list that I am going to aim to complete before it gets too cold and dark, and spooky.

Was Doune castle used in GoT?
I know it was used by Monty Python in the "Holly Grail" becouse the National Trust would not let them film on any of their property.

PS google "David Stirling Memorial" about 1mile from the castle
