Continued onto The Sheperds Rest, for a coffee and chat, they threw in some lovely sausages and bread rolls on he house-great spot

Then headed down the Glenelly valley to Plumbridge

Headed out myself on Sunday 580 miles my arse was sore and my head ringing !!! ( sounds like a good night out that ) up and away at 4.30 , Salthill ,Galway, cliffton ,etc that was one of the longest rides I've done in a day ,will stick a few pics up
