Belfast looks well. Pity about Dan Martin. those guys don't exactly have great bike skills, going in a straight line and falls on a wet drain cover. Still would have liked to see him go a bit further than that.

I am going to head up to Armagh on Sunday for the stage start and get back home to Meath for the finish in Dublin.

I fear that this will just inspire more clueless cyclists to take to our roads and cause chaos with their lack of consideration and skill.

Sorry. I know there are plenty of skilled careful and decent cyclists out there however recently I see less of the decent type and more of the careless and clueless hazards clogging up roads that are too small to handle the motorised traffic they get.

Anyway not to open a can of worms. I'll be checking it out myself on Sunday.
