'South Coast and a Bit (up to 50 miles) Inland But Not Too Far East or West' sounds catchy and would look cool on a sticker

Davsato, you are the mother of invention, do we have a name?

SOUTH COAST ABR looks like it has the most votes, TWO, that matches the turnout at the last general election.
or, to accomodate sprockette, and to avoid sexism and hairiness, how about SOUTHCOASTERS ABR(and women from anywhere. ANY women.)

so its down to two now,
SOUTHCOASTERS ABR
or
WESSEX ABR
i like wessex and the wyvern sticker idea but we'd spend half our time explaining to numpties what the difference between a dragon and a wyvern was.

and our first rideout is this weds if you look on the other hampshire threads

Southcoasters ABR sounds better than Wessex ABR and also this thread was started with the question "can Hampshire have its own regional group". Just a thought but hants aint wessex and wessex aint hants. As to the sticker logo why not have an outline of the counties that constitute the group as the logo Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Wessex, save having to explain to numpty all the time

the ancient kingdom of wessex, or "west saxon". you know, alfred the great, capitol winchester etc. the modern equivelent would i suppose be hants, dorset, berks, somerset, devon, wilts. a big area, a shame but too big for the scope of what we want i think we may as well be the "other south west group"!!

so "SOUTHCOASTERS ABR" then?
