Bristol Classic Motorcycle Show 18-19th Feb

Post by Jim Lovell »

Bath and West Show Ground, Shepton Mallet. 10am-5pm..

Advance tickets £9.50 on the gate £11.00

I will be leaving Poole about 9am, heading down to Shepton to admire some of the finest classic bikes in the country. And scour the bike jumble for parts for my classic cafe racer project. :woohoo:

Anyone else thinking of going?

I going on Sat18th the day before the Adventure day at the Ace, so a whole weekend on two wheels :cheer: :cheer:

Good place for kit and tools too.

Bought a Caberg helmet last time I went, £20 cheaper than my local dealer. :)

This is regular trip for me, bit of greenlaning on the way to avoid the traffic then come in via Evercreech to miss the queues ;)

Unfortunately I am on crutches at the moment and there's no way I'm going in a car :pinch:

Have fun guys, looks like there will no bargain tyres for me this year :(

To those who may travel by car to this, a word of warning. Last year I did as SWMBO was recovering from surgery and wanted to go but not on the bike.
The queues to get in the showground were about 5 miles long in any direction.

Pics please Jim. I'll be heading to the Ace on the 19th.
