I seem to remember that back in the late '80s the 'Girls of Runcorn' used to feature quite often in the top shelf magazines that were scattered around our works canteen in East London  . That was before 'political correctness' came in and they were replaced by 'Mens Health' magazine...

I work in Daresbury but live in Warrington, sometimes head in on the bike but wouldn't mind a ride out or two!

I live up the road in Wigan not to far Ive been up the cat and fiddle in maccesfeild an up Buxton way a few times as there's a few lanes down there off road and recently went up delph and did a few lanes around castleshaw reservoir they easy lanes but I'd say they can be challenging depending on bike size but we'll worth the hours drive my closiest lane is the one in rivington over the top at belmont rd probably around an hours drive for you. It is a little technical thou depending on what you ride . From George's lane up to belmont road and down the hill is easy on my 660 baghira and that's an heavy bike but wouldnt advice going the other way up it on an heavy bike alone as there are a few little drop offs and it's quite rocky and could be quite dangerous alone ..the lane doesn't get much use as I no of as it's on its own and quite short but it is testing and worth doing if your coming through that way ...
