Cheers for the company and the great day out, we must do it again soon. Sure there were some unexpected situations but hey, thats what the 'A' in ABR is all about.....

You lot are a brave bunch, but what great fun! I'm pleased nobody was hurt as well as I'd imagine falling off onto a cold, icy ground when it's freezing isn't much fun.

No .... not fun :evil: but was toooo p***d off to notice the cold. Kit kept out most of the bruises and the wet :laugh: ... Cheap RST kit, but it works :pinch: :woohoo:

Them TKC80's you have got on have so much more grip in the snow than my worn Tourances. Where you could cross the snowy line in the middle of the road would have seen me off, and climbing that hill at the end - well at one point the hill and the snow slowed me down with my back wheel just spinning until I stopped, then even with back spinning away and with the front brake full on I was just slipping backwards until I backed into the verge. You just breezed up it.

I had 2+mm tread on front and new (bedded in) tyre on back .... Tourance EXP..... still didn't like snow!!! :angry:

Probably never been so many replies to a simple Sunday ride out but hey ho, there you go. Just finished editing the video of the day. Tried to get everybody in as best I could. Hope you enjoy and watch in HD if you can. Cheers Pete
