The TET passes a few miles from here.

An Idyllic Place with Panoramic Views.

Ideal for Bikers/ Cyclists/Walkers.

Over 300 days of sunshine a year.

As we are bikers ourselves we know the importance of having somewhere secure to park your bikes, where they are safe and out of sight, so there is a secure underground garage (see pic').

We live a few miles away where we have a garage and tools if you need to do any work on your bikes and we also have a three bike trailer if you have any problems whilst in this area.

The flat has a combined lounge/ kitchen with Air con and heating. All kitchen appliances are provided and there is indoor and outdoor seating for meals. The terrace has table/ chairs and sun loungers. A Washing machine is in an enclosure on the terrace.

The bedroom has a comfy double bed with hanging storage and additional space for clothes.

There is a bath/ shower, basin, toilet / bidet and a storage unit for toiletries.

The is an Apartment on the second floor(top) of a small block on the edge of the village. There are stairs but no lift. There is secure underground parking for a vehicle/2 motorbikes, cycles.

This is a self contained private space with access from the street or the underground garage.

The Via Verde is a cycle or walking route that extends for 5.5km for walkers and cyclists with exclusive use and it is adapted for people with reduced mobility. There is another 7km which is a single track road from Rambla Honda to Polopos through beautiful countryside. It was originally used for transporting the minerals mined here to the coast and if you are lucky you may see an Ibex along the route.

Nijar is a small town famed for its hand woven rugs and ceramics, the journey there offers breathtaking views along windy mountain roads.

The road from Nijar to Luceinena de las Torres is on the route featured in The Ride Guide to Europe second edition where this route and others can be down loaded to your sat nav.

The Tabernas Circuit is about 12 kms away where there are trackdays even an off road section, see their website for details.

This area is also ideal for cyclists, with undulating roads, the Belgium national cycling team use this area for their winter training area.

If you are a fan of Spaghetti Westerns then this area is ideal for you as they were made around here along with Lawrence of Arabia.

There is limited Public transport so it is best to have your own and use the secure underground parking.

If you are unlucky enough to get wet then there is a washing machine in the shelter on the terrace and there is plenty of room on the terrace to dry naturally.
