This is beginning to look dodge for me on Sunday, so at the moment I am playing it by ear. I don't mind rain, but hurricane force winds is a different matter. Before I get down to you guys I have a 2 1/2 hr journey around the M25 and then down on the M4, so that will be a bit dodge in them winds and driving rain.

Mike can you sort out a gpx of the route, so at least I can have a look at the route. I am down early Friday next week anyway, before 12 so maybe be able to do the route Friday afternoon.

Is slideways leading a run? If not he could always lead and I'll be back marker, depending if you guys get out sunday or not.

Just wanted to let you guys know in advance.

I was leaving home on Sunday morning at about 06:30am-07:00am, but will wait til then to make the final call as to if i'm coming down or not.

No problem Si.

I have done the route and got it on my zumo 660 but i can't get it out. I can see it on basecamp as a nice track but i can't find a GPX file for the date at all. Any ideas...i sent you the GPX that i though it might be but it's not that one.

The route we will do on Sunday will be the easy big bike route. To make it more fun there are lots of other bits here and there that the other groups can do.

If the weather is that bad we shall see what happens but i'll be there.

We can do the route on the Friday of the rally weekend. I did it on Monday night and riding at a good pace with no stops it took me just under 4 hours to do.

I'll be there whatever the weather Mike - that said, I have a long trip too so will put the bike on the trailer and tow it down if it's proper cack...

Will be good to do the ride in more tricky conditions so we know what to expect, should the weather stay a crap as they say it will... especially for big bike stuff.
