this one kind of organizes itself, its such a laid back bike friendly campsite with so much room, as long as someone tells them to expect us they will set aside half a field for us. no booking, no deposit, no banners, no hassle.
its a very laid back rally, tell the campsite the plans, theyll give you a price and you just post it on the right thread. "if you book it, they will come"

Yeh..it would be nice to give the hard working Lovells a rest :laugh: , they have hosted this rally for a few events now as have the ride out leaders. Lots more local folk come and enjoy shame the weather is not at its best as its in the middle of uk summer :(

I'm not sure im even going, im off on holiday that week, I'll have to ask permission from milady :(
I can always pop down and have a word with the campsite though, see whats happening and let them know about the dates

It's pretty easy to host an event.
Speak to the campsite owners about cost etc and what you both expect from the weekend. Organise a road ride out and an off-road ride out and you're done.

All it takes is a little bit of personal time.

nev ive been bullied into it by that jed, and i might not even be going! :dry:

if the roads arent flooded i'll pop down on friday afternoon to show an ABR face and have a word with them, they should be used to us by now it'll be the 4th rally there
