I might be wrong but as far as I'm aware one of those things wasn't twenty odd riders illegally ripping up the countryside. :unsure:

You are wrong.

The privately arranged off road ride was all legit in that all land owners had given consent for the group to pass over the tracks concerned.

However, one individual decided that he could "Ride his own ride!" and promptly fecked off. Once the group leader (and organiser of the ride) finally caught up with the individual, he was informed, for the second time that day, that the ride was a group "follow my leader" thing and that if the individual didn't like it, he could ride back the way he'd come, which he did, and was not seem again, even when the group eventually got back to the camp site - the individual had fecked off!
