Hi Tim, the following weekend 12-14th would suit us, but don't wanna put people out who can't make that one.

Just to let everyone interested know, Rob has kindly offered to lead/run an off road ride out again. Many thanks to him once again. I'll add all the details in the proper thread once John and I have confirmed a couple of things.

THE YULETIDE RALLY IS ON !!!!
Devon John and myself have been up to the venue this morning to sort out the finer details.
You guys and girls are going to love it.
The venue is
The Ultimate Adventure Centre
Abbotsham Road
Bideford
Devon
EX395AP
Phone no :- 01237 880028
Web Site :- theultimatehigh.com ( check it out )

Tent camping is available around a large pond/lake, a separate area for those that want an electric hook up ( they might charge a bit more for electric)there are also a couple of available camping areas .NO BIKES ON THE GRASS keep them on the hard standing please.
For those that don't fancy tenting it, or turn up to tent it but then change there minds the is other accommodation.
4 x 4 berth cabins (no electric)
bunkhouses, 2 rooms of 9, 2 rooms of 16 and 1 room of 6, ( these have power points )
in all this accommodation, mattresses are supplied, but nothing else.
This accommodation needs to be booked up BY YOU with the center (number and web address above)
so if you want to bunk with your mates or lovers you need to get together to fill on of the 4 berth pods. As said you will be able to get bunkhouse accommodation last minute if needed.
The camping money will be £ 7 per night ,Devon John will collect this.

There is a huge covered fire pit that will seat about 50, they are charging us £ 30 per night for this including wood, so we will all have to dip or hands in our pockets for this and a donation for the Air Ambulance would be great. John is going to cook evening meals in here , should be a great atmosphere. they are going to provide a water boiler for hot drinks.

Breakfasts, teas, snacks ect are to be found in their new cafe, (in fact the whole site is new) there is a photo of the prices.
There is a huge toilet and shower block, so no excuse in going to you loved ones smelling of camp fire !
Big Tim is ( I hope) going to sort out the bookings, so let him know if your coming, what your sleeping arrangements are, and do you want feeding on one or both nights.

This is a FANTASTIC venue for an event, please all try and join in to make this a memorable event ( that includes Big Al and the boys from Wales, (yours was a great event by the way)
For anyone that has not been to on of our events, its only by coming that you will find out what you have been missing. NEWCOMERS ARE VERY WELCOME

THE MAIN THING IS TO COME AND JOIN IN !!!!

I will try and put all the photo's on a separate post
Tim
