Comes with two sets of headphones and mic (one for the rider with noise cancelling sensor and one for the pillion). One of the mics is brand new, never used.

The MX helmets are designed to take multiple impacts and the reason they have no visor and you need to use goggles is because otherwise you would get dust in your eyes with a std helmet. The rest is preference. Some like the extra ventilation but then again if you are riding in the UK during winter ...
