thank you all for your encouragement, my bike is used to the odd sleep as the guys on the piel island rally will know (only 1 sleep) :whistle: looking forward the riding the plain hopefully give me the confidence to ride more off road/trails. (thumbs)

re-reading the thread, I see there s now 4 rides instead of the original 3, so ride 3 looks best so mike can you change me +1 to your ride(3)

A brain escape, when I'm riding I only think about the scenery the weather my route my comfort level and basic needs (food, drink, temperature, pain, sleep) staying rubber side down at all times and the last one takes up so much concentration that I don't have the mental capacity to think about any...

had put name down for ride 2 but reading posts that riding flat trails at 40mph is boring then I might pull out as this will be only the second time ive taken my bike off road I will be too slow for you guys

room for a small one not riding a gs??

I use yamalube, dealer used it from new so I still use it. always looks and feel good when I drain it each service, so no complaints (thumbs)

great weekend, well worth the 600mile round trip. only seen pics of my bike sleeping on the sand , none yet when it was awake and vertical :laugh:
