Know a guy who takes his ccm up the hills alot there, not been shot yet mind.

Jeez, I see you're from Dundee, never seen a crf going about here before, but doubtless it's under very tight lock and key

Wow cheers guys. I was intending on taking fairy steps in to camping not go round the world initially. Start off with over night/weekend trips and take things fron there. I have an airbed but no pump, got head torch and other torch, as for cook, can't see me doing that but having a brew first thing ...

I've neevr been much of a camper tbh, but now I have the appropriate bike for taking lots of stuff I'm gonna start doing a lot more. Only problem is, other than a tent and a sleeping bag, I don't have any other gear. So turning to the fine folk on here to point me in the direction of stuff I need to...

I could spend the next hour typing out routes and roads for you but as has been said, north and west and you can't possibly go wrong. Don't discount tge east though, glenshee/lecht/cairn o mount are all fantastic, golspie to laxford bridge is east to west if you go that far east. Makes me really fee...

I'm also considering the alps in September but not as late on. Ferries are cheaper and days are cooler I presume. Just a bit concerned about the weather then but guess it could/should be ok.
