Whatever you do turn the abs off if you go off road on the 800. I had a nasty brown trouser moment on one hill where my mates were thinking,'blimey hermans a bit quick down hill',wheras I was thinking 'I'm gonna die I want my mum'.Other than that I think I'd have one over the gs to be honest.

Yes I would with the majority of my riding buddies as they are not nutters,if they were I would never keep up. Been pillion on the wife's 650 a few times but she's given up the bike now :(

I stopped reading the bike press shortly after puberty. I occaisionally read Bike or similar if I'm delayed at an airport and it reminds me why I stopped. I don't wish any of them ill but find them very repetitive. P.S. you've got to put up with me for a year as I've paid my subs. :side:

No problemo, we use it for planning green lane routes , for example finding a lane either side of a farmyard,etc. Grid refs are there too. You can also drag the view along a chosen route.And its free (the best bit)
