Anyone made their own screen or work with perspex/acrylic?
So I've managed to break the lower part of my screen (2 part isotta) and looking at about £200 to replace it but I've got a sign shop at the bottom of the road and I've had various bits of offcut sheet to make/repair easy stuff but I wondered if anyone's had success with heating and shaping somethin...

Never lost a motorbike so far (touch wood) but had my Raleigh Striker nicked when I was about 6, vaguely recall my world ending/crying & stamping my feet for about a week :pinch:
